Your AI connected to
live Tracking Cloud data

Most AI tools only know what you type into them. Bluugo changes that by connecting your AI to Tracking Cloud®, giving it direct access to your live data and processes. Your team gets answers grounded in real-time data, acts on them directly, and delegates recurring tasks to the AI – freeing up time for the work that matters.

Where generic AI falls short

AI assistants are genuinely useful – until they need to work with your actual data and get something done in your system.

It doesn't know what's in your system

Generic AI only works with what you type into it. Every question means first digging information out of your system and pasting it in – then doing it all again for the next question.

It can suggest, but it can't act

Most AI tools stop at advice. Actually updating a record, sending a request, or starting a process still means switching to your system and doing it by hand.

Answers are out of date the moment you get them

Without a live connection, the AI works from a snapshot you pasted in. By the time you act on its answer, the real data may already have changed.

Start by asking.
Automate when ready.

The AI capabilities in Tracking Cloud® are built to fit the way your team already works. You can start small by letting AI answer questions about your data, and over time hand routine tasks to automation. We have divided the capabilities into four levels.

Level 1 – Ask

You ask AI answers

Your AI assistant has direct access to your live Tracking Cloud® data, so you can ask it anything and get an instant, accurate answer. No digging through reports or dashboards – just ask.

Example questions
  • "Which of our suppliers have compliance certificates expiring in the next 30 days?"
  • "Which purchase orders are currently delayed?"
  • "How many open work orders does technician X have this week, and what is their status?"

Level 2 – Act

You decide AI acts

Once you have the information you need, you can ask your AI assistant to take action in Tracking Cloud® on your behalf – completing tasks, updating records, or logging information, without switching tools.

Example actions
  • Send a renewal request to suppliers whose certificates are about to expire.
  • Update the expected delivery dates on delayed orders and notify the relevant stakeholders.
  • Reassign an overdue work order to a less busy technician.

Level 3 – Assist

AI suggests You approve AI acts

Your AI works in the background, continuously watching your data and suggesting what to do next. Nothing happens on its own – every proposed action is presented to a person for review and approval before it is carried out.

Example
  • AI monitors certificate expiry dates across all suppliers, automatically drafts renewal requests for certificates expiring within 30 days, and asks you to review and approve before sending them.

Level 4 – Autopilot

AI decides AI acts

Once enough data has been gathered and accuracy has been validated, specific recurring processes can be fully handed to the AI. It monitors, decides, and acts on its own – freeing your team to focus on work that genuinely needs human judgement.

Example
  • AI automatically runs periodic compliance checks, updates supplier risk scores, and triggers re-qualification workflows for suppliers that fall below the acceptable threshold.

No new tools to learn or buy.

Activating Tracking Cloud®'s AI capabilities does not mean acquiring anything new. You can use the AI assistant you already work with – such as Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini – which we connect to your existing Tracking Cloud® service through a secure connection. After setup, you can use it in one of two ways.

Option 1

Inside Tracking Cloud®

Run your AI assistant directly inside your Tracking Cloud® service. Thanks to our Generative UI Components, it answers using the familiar elements you already know – charts, buttons, filters, and lists. Instead of the usual "wall of text", you get the data in a practical form and can take the next step with just a few clicks, without switching between tools.

Option 2

Through your existing AI assistant's UI

Use the same capabilities through your existing AI assistant's own interface (without the Generative UI Components). This is a convenient way to give access to important data to team members who do not use Tracking Cloud® in their daily work.

Bring in your other data too

You can also connect other data sources to your AI – such as your ERP, e-commerce platform, or email – so that all the information your team needs is available through a single assistant.

Questions We Hear Often

Straight answers to the things teams ask before getting started.

No. You use the AI assistant your team already works with – Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini. We connect it to your existing Tracking Cloud® service. There is nothing new to install or learn.
No. You stay in control of how far you go. Many teams start at Level 1 – simply asking questions about their data – and add more capability only when they are ready.
Not unless you choose to let it. At Levels 1–3 the AI only acts when someone asks or approves it – it suggests, you decide. Full automation (Level 4) is switched on deliberately, for specific recurring processes, once you are confident in the results.
No. The AI capabilities are an additional way to access your service. Everything in Tracking Cloud® keeps working exactly as it does now, and anyone who prefers to work in the system directly can carry on doing so.
Most setups are completed within a few weeks. It starts with a short session where we map the questions and tasks you want the AI to handle, then connect it to your service.
Yes. Alongside Tracking Cloud®, you can connect other sources such as your ERP, e-commerce platform, or email – so your team gets answers from everything they need through a single assistant.
