Helsinki City Construction Services, Stara, has decided to select Bluugo as the supplier of its new Fleet & Asset Management system. The total value of the implementation is approximately 2 million euros.

Stara Selects Bluugo’s Tracking Cloud for the Implementation of Its New Fleet Management System

Helsinki City Construction Services, Stara, has decided on October 24, 2024, to select Bluugo as the supplier of its new Fleet & Asset Management system. The system will be implemented on Bluugo’s Tracking Cloud® platform.

The agreement will be valid for a fixed term of two years, after which it will continue as an indefinite-term agreement. The total value of the implementation is approximately 2 million euros, including hardware deliveries and estimated small development work.

The system will be used to develop and coordinate Stara’s vehicle and equipment management processes, including:

  • Maintaining data on Stara’s vehicles and other equipment (vehicle and equipment registers)
  • Verifying user permissions for vehicle use (driving license register)
  • Managing vehicle usage (electronic booking calendar)
  • Tracking vehicle usage by different users (driving log)

Stara’s vehicles will be integrated into the system using GPS-enabled sensors.
