Machine learning can pick up on the flight delay patterns and make a future prediction based on the previous delays. These predictions can provide an early indication of the future airport situation before it has happened. This is displayed in the Tracking Cloud™ alongside real-time flight updates in an accessible dashboard. Swissport’s operations control now has access to real-time flight delay updates. These updates help to assign ramp crews to planes efficiently and provide a speedier response for passengers.
