Tracking Cloud's pricing consists of two elements: a one-time onboarding fee and a monthly SaaS fee.
The onboarding process of Tracking Cloud® is always offered at a fixed price. It covers the initial configuration and setup of the solution as well as personalized key-user training.
Our unique Onboarding Model ensures a short time-to-value within 8-12 weeks, minimizing risk and maximizing ROI.
Tracking Cloud's monthly SaaS fee is determined by the chosen product plan, selected features, and business volume.
The fee covers everything in your service: 24/7 platform availability, support services, system maintenance, regular security updates, new features as they roll out, etc.
We do not charge for user licenses, allowing for unlimited B2B user access at no additional charge.
All Tracking Cloud® solution packages come in three different plan options.
