It might sound like a bit of a cliché, but in Bluugo we really trust our employees. Every member of our team is a professional in their respective field and knows how to execute their tasks without someone breathing in their neck.

We believe that trust is built in both success and failure. If something goes wrong, we encourage people to be open about it, own up to their mistakes and focus on finding a solution. Everyone screws up every once in a while, and that’s totally fine.

No thanks.

At Bluugo, everyone is treated equally. We have a very flat organizational structure and try to avoid unnecessary hierarchy & bureaucracy. If there’s something you want to discuss with the CEO, go ahead and talk – the door is always open*.

We also like to have fun and regularly hold team events with varying activities – maybe we’ll see you at the Friday afternoon’s beer tasting?
